In February, Scion A/V hosted five of Relapse’s best at the Roxy Theater on Sunset in Hollywood to participate in the monthly label showcase series. The showcase included the Atlanta-based quartet ROYAL THUNDER, experimental black/doom metal group TOMBS, Boston shredders REVOCATION, Savannah, Georgia’s BLACK TUSK, and goregrind pioneers EXHUMED. Each of the band’s sets was recorded, and two songs from each are now available for free download from Scion A/V Metal here.
