Death Metal powerhouse DYING FETUS have completed work on a new video for the song "Second Skin". The video will be exclusively premiered by Bloody Disgusting this coming Tuesday January 15th. In the meantime, the band has released a trailer for the video, which can be viewed HERE.

DYING FETUS will be hitting the road in in January of 2013 alongside Hatebreed, Shadows Fall and The Contortionist as part of "The Divinity of Purpose Tour". The tour will kick off January 26th in Flint, MI and will wrap up February 17th in Amityville, NY.

DYING FETUS are kicking off "The Womb to Waste" European headline tour tomorrow night in Lindau, Germany. The tour runs through October 14th in Aarschot, Belgium. Support on the tour will come from label mates REVOCATION, Job For a Cowboy and Cerebral Bore.

DYING FETUS will be heading to Europe this summer for a headlining tour in support of their forthcoming release Reign Supreme. The tour kicks off June 16th in Copenhagen, Denmark with an appearance at the "Copenhell Festival". After a quick return back to the states to finish up the "18 Nights of Blood Tour" with Six Feet Under and label mates REVOCATION, DYING FETUS will return to Europe on June 29th to perform at the "With Full Force" festival in Roitzschjora, Germany. The band will remain on tour in Europe for a string of headlining dates in Spain and festival appearances, capping off the tour in Gävle, Sweden at the "Getaway Rock Fest" on July 6th.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond their control, DYING FETUS have been forced to cancel their upcoming Central American tour. The band released a statement regarding the cancellation:

"We are sorry about the canceled shows. There were logistical issues that are out of our control. Hopefully DYING FETUS can make it to Central America soon."

Today the band has released a full album teaser for Reign Supreme. Reign Supreme is set for a June 19th release via Relapse Records and features nine tracks and is a "return to roots" with production focused slightly more on slam than in the band's last few works. Thematically, the album is set to be a good old-fashioned piece of social and political commentary in the style of DYING FETUS as we have come to know.

Set to be released in mid 2012 through Relapse Records, the album will feature nine tracks and is a "return to roots" with production focused slightly more on slam than in the band's last few works.  Thematically, the album is set to be a good old-fashioned piece of social and political commentary in the style of DYING FETUS as we have come to know.  An official release date and album title will be announced shortly.  

"The last album had some groove in it," stated John, "but [it] was basically a lot of tech; this one is a return to form of older DYING FETUS albums, so to speak- more modern production though, of course."  "Everything's tight," John adds; "...the sound is crushing, the drums are amazing".

Additionally, DYING FETUS have announced a series of special South American shows set to take place in mid-January.  The band has also been confirmed for next year's prestigious Maryland Deathfest and France's Hellfest.  DYING FETUS plan to tour extensively in support of their new album and will be announcing more dates shortly.

American death metal powerhouse DYING FETUS will release their first-ever tab book for 2009’s critically acclaimed album, ‘Descend Into Depravity’. The tab book contains the tablature for all the albums rhythm and lead guitar parts as well as bass guitar parts for each song. The book is set for a November 25th release date and also includes a digital download of ‘Descend Into Depravity’ plus isolated guitar and bass tracks to play along to.
