16 begin recording new album
Los Angeles misanthropes 16 have entered Double Time Studios in San Diego, California to begin recording their next Relapse Records full-length.
Guitarist Bobby Ferry comments: "We're very happy to finally begin recording our new album with our longtime (and favorite) engineer Jeff Forrest at Double Time Studios. This is the first recording that will feature our new drummer Mateo Pinkerton. A lot of bands like to promote their new record by describing it as 'the best songs we've ever done.' To continue that tradition, we'd like to mention that these are the best songs we've ever done." Early song titles include "Ants in My Bloodstream", "Parasite Twin", and “Big-Hearted Pill Popper".
