UNEARTHLY TRANCE: Announce Australian and Japanese Tours

UNEARTHLY TRANCE has announced two upcoming tours in Australia and Japan in support of their latest album V. The Australian tour will kick-off later this month and also include MONARCH and EAGLE TWIN. UNEARTHLY TRANCE has posted a third track, “Into A Chasm”, from their forthcoming album V online now at MySpace.com/UTNY along with “The Horsemen Arrive In The Night” and “Solar Eye”. V, the follow-up album to 2008’s Electrocution, will be released on September 28th on CD and expanded 2xLP gatefold as well as digitally. Additional release information can be found here.

UNEARTHLY TRANCE has recently announced a run of fall tour dates in support of V. The New York three-piece will team up with Sweden’s SUMA for this run of dates that kicks-off on September 29th in Brooklyn, NY. UNEARTHLY TRANCE has posted a second preview track, “Solar Eye”, from their forthcoming album V online now at MySpace.com/UTNY along with “The Horsemen Arrive In The Night”. Set To Kick-Off European Tour; Live On TOTALROCK

Brooklyn, NY's UNEARTHLY TRANCE are set to kick-off their headlining European tour on April 4th in Antwerp, Belgium. Joining UNEARTHLY TRANCE for the tour is the UK's RAMESSES along with SERPENT CULT and BLACK SUN on select dates. This tour will also include a stop as part of Norway's Inferno Fest for the band. Prior to the tour start, UNEARTHLY TRANCE will be interviewing RAMESSES, and vice-versa, live on TotalRock Radio tomorrow, April 1st from 9 to 11 pm GMT (4 to 6 pm EST). Debut New Video; Announce More Tour Dates

UNEARTHLY TRANCE has debuted the first video from their recent album The Trident, for the track Permanent Ice, exclusively via Singingfool.com. The video was shot and directed by Josh Oliver for Graveyard Machine Films.

UNEARTHLY TRANCE has also announced a couple of local New York shows before embarking on their month-long European tour with special guests RAMESSES (ex-ELECTRIC WIZARD). UNEARTHLY TRANCE Schedule Several Vinyl Releases

New York City trio UNEARTHLY TRANCE have scheduled several vinyl-only releases for the coming months.

The first of the forthcoming records is a live 7" entitled I am The Cosmos, I am the Wind. I am The Cosmos... features the live tracks "Mass of The Phoenix" and "Deathothic" and will be released in a limited edition, one-time pressing of 500 copies on Elephant Graveyard Recordings.

Following I am The Cosmos... will be The Axis Is Shifting 10". This 10" vinyl release will feature new recordings of two older UNEARTHLY TRANCE tracks "Oceans Expand" and "Branches of Anti-Gravity" (original released on the band's Nuit demo) and will be issued in an edition of 300 copies by Brooklyn's BananaHammock Records.

Additionally, UNEARTHLY TRANCE will pair up with new Relapse signings MINSK for a split 7" comprised of Roky Erickson covers to be issued on Parasitic Records. These limited edition 7ヤs will feature artwork from UNEARTHLY TRANCE guitarist/vocalist Ryan Lipynsky.

UNEARTHLY TRANCE recently finished a run of US dates and are currently writing material for the follow-up album to their Relapse debut The Trident. The trio will also be contributing their cover of "Shinobi" to the forthcoming EYEHATEGOD tribute planned by Emetic Records.

ZOMBI issue 'Live at SXSW' Internet-only release / more tour details announced

ZOMBI has issued an internet-only live EP culled from its recent SXSW performance. The EP, simply titled Live at SXSW was recorded at the Sony Connect 'Vice Kills Texas II' SXSW party on Thursday, March 16th and features 'Digitalis' (from their upcoming record Surface To Air), 'Orion' (from their debut album Cosmos) and an as-yet-unrecorded improvised track 'Infinity'. ZOMBI has also unveiled an e-card for Surface To Air that features the studio audio for 'Digitalis' and the track 'Legacy'. The Surface To Air e-card can be accessed at this location: http://www.relapse.com/ecards/zombista/. Surface To Air was recorded, mixed and mastered by the band (Steve Moore: bass/synth, A.E. Paterra: drums) over a five month span at the duo's Nightmare City Mobile Studios and is expected to see a May 2 North American release date (June 5 internationally).

In support of Surface To Air, ZOMBI has announced plans to tour with ISIS this spring. The tour with ISIS will begin on March 28th and extend into May and also include dates with Dalek and These Arms Are Snakes. UNEARTHLY TRANCE SIGN TO RELAPSE RECORDS

Relapse Records is proud to announce the signing of cult New York metal band UNEARTHLY TRANCE.

UNEARTHLY TRANCE (Ryan Lipynsky - guitar / vocals /noise, Jay Newman - bass /noise and Darren Verni - drums) are currently completing the writing process for what will become their third album and Relapse debut. Lipynsky comments, "We have titled this album "The Trident" to reflect it being our third album, the occult power behind our band which happens to be a three piece, our logo and lyrical direction. We've kicked into the next gear and we are ready to kill." The Trident is scheduled for a Spring 2006 release.

UNEARTHLY TRANCE has become a staple in the international underground scene on the strength of their devastating live shows. The band has played with bands as diverse as PELICAN, SUNN0))), MORBID ANGEL, COMETS ON FIRE and FLOOR.

UNEARTHLY TRANCE have previously released two full length albums on Lee Dorrian's (CATHEDRAL, NAPALM DEATH) Rise Above Records as well as material on Southern Lord.
