Portland, OR sludge-mongers RABBITS have announced a limited number of hometown shows to ring in the new year. The band will be displaying their filthy brand of noise starting on January 14th with Fist Fite and Nasalrod and will be playing select dates, including a pair of free shows, with Black Elk, Wizard Rifle, and Dog Shredder among others. RABBITS released their thunderously heavy Relapse debut Lower Forms last year and recently released a new limited edition 7” entitled ‘Riff, Fuck, Reap’ on Powerblaster Records earlier this month. RABBITS has posted another new track, "Duck, The Pigs", from their forthcoming Relapse debut Lower Forms online now via AlarmPress.com. The band has previously posted the track “Burn, Sun, Burn” taken from Lower Forms on the band's Facebook page. Lower Forms is set for a February 15th North American release date (February 28th internationally) and is available for pre-order at this location. RABBITS has announced a hometown record release show in support of Lower Forms for February 19th at Rotture (315 SE 3rd Ave.) in Portland, OR.
