Chicago doom misanthropes INDIAN recently completed work on their forthcoming studio offering for Relapse Records. The follow-up to 2011’s critically lauded Guiltless long player was recorded at Electrical Audio and Soma Studios in Chicago with engineer/co-producer Sanford Parker (Minsk, Nachtmystium, Yob, Samothrace). Chicago doom merchants INDIAN has announced a November West Coast tour supporting the mighty High on Fire. The tour will kick-off on November 11th in Santa Barbara, CA and conclude on November 26th in San Jose, CA. A listing of tour dates and cities can be found below with more to be announced soon.

INDIAN (Ron DeFries: bass, Bill Bumgardner: drums, Sean Patton: noise, Will Lindsay: vocals, guitar, Dylan O’Toole: vocals, guitar) is touring in support of their Relapse debut Guiltless that saw its release this past April. Guiltless is streaming in its entirety at this location.

INDIAN has announced a run of eastern U.S. and Canada tour dates for mid-September. This tour will kick-off on September 16th in Indianapolis, IN and conclude on September 30th in Michigan. Joining INDIAN in select cities are BATILLUS and VILIPEND. More immediately, INDIAN will be joining WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM and label-mates BLOODIEST for a special Chicago show this Thursday at Reggies.
