Announce Additional Tour Dates

Pittsburgh, PA’s HERO DESTROYED has announced more details about their upcoming northeast U.S. tour in support of their brand new album Throes. Joining HERO DESTROYED for the duration of the run is Scion ‘No Label Needed’ winners IRON THRONES. The bands will also be joined by guests ENGINEER, MOSE GIGANTICUS, FIGHT AMP, MANIC RITUAL and more in select cities. New Album ‘Throes’ Streaming Online; Announce November Tour

Pittsburgh, PA’s HERO DESTROYED is streaming their brand new album Throes in its entirety at this location: HeroDestroyed.info. Throes will see its North American release date next Tuesday, August 31st in North America and September 6th internationally. The album is available for pre-order now at Relapse.com.

HERO DESTROYED has announced a fall northeast U.S. tour in support of Throes starting November 12th in Pittsburgh. Joining HERO DESTROYED for the run is Scion ‘No Label Needed” winners IRON THRONES. Debut New Track From ‘Throes’

Pittsburgh, PA’s HERO DESTROYED has posted a second track, “Army Of Draccoons”, from their forthcoming album Throes online now via Stereokiller.com. Throes was recorded with engineer Dave Watson at Soundscape Studios in McKeesport, PA and will see an August 31st North American release date. Additional album details can be found here.

HERO DESTROYED has previously posted Throes album opener “That’s An Axe” online via the band’s MySpace page: MySpace.com/HeroDestroyed. Begin Recording New Album

Pittsburgh, PA's HERO DESTROYED will enter the studio this weekend to begin work on their debut full-length. The band is recording with engineer Dave Watson at Soundscape Studios in McKeesport, PA. The album is tentatively titled Throes and will see a summer 2010 release date. Additional album details will be announced shortly.

HERO DESTROYED recently posted a demo track, The Last Upper? from the forthcoming album online via MySpace.com/HeroDestroyed.

HERO DESTROYED performed a handful of shows this week with Poland's BEHEMOTH. The band has also been confirmed for the Pittsburgh COALESCE, HARVEY MILK show in early March. Additional HERO DESTROYED tour dates will be announced soon.

Debut New Video

Pittsburgh, PA's HERO DESTROYED (Zach Moore ?guitar, Dustin Newman ?bass, Jeff Turko ?guitar, Pat McNicholas ?vocals, Neal Andrus (COMMIT SUICIDE) - drums) see the premiere of their brand new video, for Cause For Cancer? today via MetalInjection.net. Cause For Cancer?comes from the band's recently released self-titled EP and Relapse debut. The video was produced and directed by Rick Mauck for Look Both Ways Productions and was shot at an abandoned shopping mall outside of Pittsburgh.

HERO DESTROYED are currently writing for their new full-length album. The band has also recently been confirmed to perform as part of the annual Maryland Deathfest to be held the weekend of May 22, 23, and 24 in Baltimore, MD. Prepare Record Release; Announce Free Record Release In-Store Performance

This self-titled EP will see its international release next Monday, July 14th.

HERO DESTROYED has lined up a free in-store performance at Eide's Entertainment in Pittsburgh for this Friday, July 11th to commemorate the EP's release. HERO DESTROYED will be performing many additional local area shows throughout the Summer in support of their new release.
